fallout from rust-unicode-width 0.1.13 upload.

@sylvestre recently uploaded a new version of rust-unicode-width, unfortunately it seems this came with a slight behaviour change (control characters reporting a width of 1 rather than 0) which is causing some test failures in downstream crates. Upstream discussion.

So-far I've looked at

• console - fix uploaded
• just - fix uploaded
• cursive-core - upstream has a fix, but I'm not sure how easy it is to backport. Upgrading seems the most sensible option * and I've opened an issue with ripasso-cursive to that end.
• prettytable-rs - suspect this can be treated as an overzelous test, but I'm not 100% sure, upstream seems inactive.
