broot was already on 1.56.4+dfsg-2 UNRELEASED in master with Greg Lamberson's toml-widening commit.

Adds a second author block under my name in the same -2 changelog entry, In this MR we convert the lru = "0.16.3" to "0.12" change into a non needed change.

Part of the rust-lru 0.12 to 0.16 transition (bug #1117785).
