This MR compliments !137 (closed) -- but this one only includes non-GNOME crates.

With these two MRs, gnome-fractal should only be missing:

html2pango
secret-service
reqwest

There's also a few custom crates that I don't know how to express in debcargo yet:

FWIW I have a local WIP for reqwest, but have barely scratched the surface of wasm-* and from what I can see there's a long-long-long tail of deps behind it.

Upstream gettext-rs should just work fine. The fork they are using only removes the bundled gettext.

I don't know what the Either fork is doing. Fractal 4.4 is still using it, but the master branch is not.
