alsa-sys: Update to latest version

Andreas Henriksson requested to merge ah/debcargo-conf:update-alsa-sys into master

The src:rust-alsa-sys package has one reverse dependency src:rust-cpal.

Quoting @plugwash:

It looks like the new version of cpal depends on alsa, so the order of operations here to minimise disruption would seem to be.

  • Upload the new alsa-sys to experimental
  • Prepare and upload alsa to experimental
  • wait for alsa to pass NEW
  • Prepare an upload for cpal
  • upload everything to unstable.

The alsa packaging is available in !552 (merged) (and depends on this).
