asahi-nvram: New package(s)

This MR contains new packages for the crates built from the asahi-nvram git repo at https://github.com/WhatAmISupposedToPutHere/asahi-nvram

  • apple-nvram (library used by the others)
  • asahi-nvram (generic/debug utility)
  • asahi-wifisync (macos wifi -> iwd configuration sync tool)
  • asahi-btsync (macos bluetooth -> bluez configuration sync tool)
  • asahi-bless (select active boot partition tool)

Additionally this new packages (a dependency of asahi-bless) is also packaged:

  • gpt (rust-native library for interacting with GUID partition tables)
