Draft: Package tiny-dfr

Work in progress to package https://github.com/WhatAmISupposedToPutHere/tiny-dfr

Still needs a few crates updated/packaged:

  • rustix, libc, linux-raw-sys (minor updates) -> !565 (merged)
  • bytemuck-derive (currently in NEW)
  • toml 0.7 -> 0.8, toml-edit 0.19 -> 0.21 (consider downgrading instead?)
  • librsvg (>= 2.56) + dependencies

TODO:

  • Fix drm-sys autopkgtest failures
  • Fix drm-ffi autopkgtest failures (and remove rustix todo comment, rustix should now be new enough)
  • (check other crates for autopkgtest failures)
