Reprotest log exceeded limit of 4194304 bytes - filter-output did not work

Hello!

In !179 (merged) automatic truncating of build logs was introduced to both the build step and reprotest step. However when I tried today reprotest in https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.3/-/jobs/516841 the build log exceeded when it should have been truncated.

Is this a bug?

According to https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/blob/master/salsa-ci.yml#L276 it is still in use. My reprotest is just the standard one, there should not be anything messing with it.
