Honor release from debian/changelog

Pipeline doesn't take into account the release from debian/changelog. See e.g.: https://salsa.debian.org/dns-team/knot-resolver/-/pipelines/197969 triggered by a commit for experimental. Instead of manually setting RELEASE: 'experimental' it would be nice if pipeline honored the release automatically.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
