sudo reprotest pipeline runs in french

Hi,

the sudo reprotest pipieline, https://salsa.debian.org/sudo-team/sudo/-/jobs/2412139, seems to run in french, causing tests to fail that check for an English error message.

I might not be getting the gist of the check. Should I be running the tests with explicitly setting an English locale is I expect English error messages? Or is the test running in french an error in the test?

This is not at all obvious to somebody not familiar with the innards of the pipelines and just wants to use them.
