piuparts: provide artifact with the full piuparts output/log

Presently, piuparts job don't provide any artifact.

Sometimes, the output of piuparts (of the job) is too long and is truncated with

########################################################################################################################

It would be nice if the piuparts job actually did provide the full log in an artifact.
