Add a debdiff job

I think it could be useful to add a job in the test stage that shows the differences with the current version source package found on the debian archive, if they exist.

One of the use cases is to make it easier to review packages proposed for mentoring.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
