lintian version is outdated for experimental

The pipeline for glib2.0/experimental ran today and the lintian job failed because it used an old version of lintian, v2.116.3. The specific error invalid-profile-name-in-build-profiles-field nogir is no longer an error as of v2.117.1.

It appears like unstable is using Lintian v2.123.0.

Experimental ought to be using that version too.
