Rebuilding reverse dependencies use the old in-archive packages

Hi, first, thank you for this amazing feature!

I prepared the transition to wireshark 4.6.0 and triggered the ratt tests, but as it can be seen in the build log wireshark 4.4.9 was used and that resulted false positive results:
