WIP: Build without dind

Joaquin de Andres requested to merge xcancerberox-guest/pipeline:build_without_dind into master

The idea is to remove the overhead of building inside a docker container lossing some cleanness on the build.

  • Change gbp build job to build package without docker.
  • Remove all docker images and scripts aimed to build packages.
