do not run reprotest with eatmydata

eatmydata is not available in the reprotest build environment and thus builds that use LD_PRELOAD may fail with: ERROR: ld.so: object 'libeatmydata.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (cannot open shared object file): ignored.
