Add debdiff test job to compare with archive source package
This MR adds an optional debdiff test job that downloads the source package
available in the selected Debian archive and compares it with the source
package built by Salsa CI.
The job is enabled with:
variables:
SALSA_CI_DEBDIFF: 1The generated debdiff is uploaded as a job artifact at
debian/output/<project_name>.debdiff.
This also updates the shared chdist setup to use the configured
SALSA_CI_COMPONENTS value instead of always using main, so the archive
lookup matches pipelines using additional components.
