The firmware-qcom-soc binary package, built from firmware-nonfree, now depends on firmware-qcom-dsp, built from hexagon-dsp-binaries. These packages are all in the non-free-firmware section. It appears that in Salsa CI the piuparts environment only has sources configured for main, and thus tests on firmware-qcom-soc now always fail, e.g. in: <https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/firmware-nonfree/-/jobs/9206933>.
