QT5 rcc fails because of missing statx syscall

It seems the pipeline runners are missing a whitelist for the statx syscall, causing things from QT5/qmake to fail, for example in this log from bacula: https://salsa.debian.org/bacula-team/bacula/-/jobs/74108
