Update the pipeline definition to allow receive updates easier. On this proposal the jobs are instanced in the yaml https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/raw/master/pipeline-jobs.yml.
In this way if a new test is added or updated into the pipeline-jobs.yml this project will get the benefit automatically.
