Pick up pushers' email and name as author of notifications

I've modified author's email of automatic notifications to publisher's one. This is useful when you apply patches of other people. This change is very useful for cases when someone sends a patch via email and the patch is applied with retaining authorship. In fact, real doer is one who pushes a commit, not its author.
