Please move debian/libmediaart to gnome-team

https://salsa.debian.org/debian/libmediaart is a GNOME library, but for historical reasons it was personally maintained by @biebl rather than being team-maintained. I reported a bug earlier today, and Michael asked me to claim the package for the GNOME team and do a team upload for the fix, which I have now done.

Please move libmediaart to the gnome-team namespace.
