Support Terraform state

Hi,

Is it possible to support Terraform state [0] in Salsa?

Currently I am working on lxde-team, and lxqt-team. Both teams have lots of projects, and I want to ensure all projects have the same config. This can be easily accomplished via Terraform/OpenTofu. However, a state backend is needed for Terraform/OpenTofu, so we want to check if Salsa can support this.
