A Google Summer of Code candidate Joseph Michael signed up for a Salsa account recently, but he is unable to use it as https://salsa.debian.org/joe912 the account seems blocked.

Could you please unblock the account?

If the user did something wrong, can you please explain that to the user and CC otto@d.o and eamanu@d.o so we can help guide this user on how to use Salsa.
