ARM shared runner on GCP

Hello salsa admins,

The Equinix-provided ARM machine where the salsa CI runner (and other service) runs is planed to be decommissioned in three months. Would it be possible to have a GCP-based ARM runner? GCP provides two types of ARM machines:

• C4A
• Tau T2A

Please, let me know what do you think, and if I can help somehow.
