Creating a group (rust-team-book) not ending with -team, which is a conceptual subgroup of a team

Hi, as previously discussed on IRC, salsa is GitLab community edition, thus at the free tier, thus lacking the ability to add a group or subgroup to "Allowed to merge" of protected branches, so I'm requesting to create a group that actually functions as a subgroup for that purpose, without the usual -team suffix. The name would ideally be "rust-team-book", i.e. it's a subgroup of the Rust team. The resulting Pages URL will be https://rust-team-book.pages.debian.net/, similar to current https://rust-team.pages.debian.net/book/.
