Please move aviau/dxvk to debian/

Although I'm only listed as uploader I've been fully maintaining dxvk since 2020 and I just got a reply from Alexandre Viau telling me he is busy and I can take over.

Now to help with collaboration with Simon McVittie for DXVK-native, and maybe others, I'd like to have it in a place people can contribute more easily (debian namespace), could you help me with that? Would it be possible to make a redirect too?
