Please provide web page footer on every page with service information

I think the Salsa service ought to advertise:

How to file a ticket for the attention of the service operators
How to get in touch with its operators by email
Where to get its source code

At least a link to a page with this information should be on every page view. Accessing it ought not to depend on logging in, or on executing any in-browser javascript. The best approach is probably a page footer with a link to a dedicated service information page.

I'm afraid that I don't know how to add this myself or I would send a MR.
