Policy for transferring a project to science-team?

Hi, I created the taurus-pyqtgraph project.

Now, in a discussion in the corresponding ITP bug, we considered the convenience of transferring this project to the science-team group.

This can be done from the projects settings web interface: settings -> General -> Advanced -> Transfer Project

My question here is: apart from the technical requirements (i.e. the person doing the transfer must be a maintainer of both the project and the group), is there any other restriction / policy to consider before doing such a transfer?
