Please provide web page footer on every page with service information

I think the Salsa service ought to advertise:

• How to file a ticket for the attention of the service operators
• How to get in touch with its operators by email
• Where to get its source code

At least a link to a page with this information should be on every page view. Accessing it ought not to depend on logging in, or on executing any in-browser javascript. The best approach is probably a page footer with a link to a dedicated service information page.

I'm afraid that I don't know how to add this myself or I would send a MR.

I don't know how to make an additional page but it would be fine to have it link to the relevant information on another server, or to some page which is generated by a dedicated project, or something.
