Check artifact storage usage

For a long time the artifact storage usage was pretty flat. Some jumps existed, but between it, it was rather flat.

However since around mid August, the storage usage is on a steady increase. Six months ago, the artifact storage held 450GB of data, today ist around 560GB, resulting in a per month incereas of 70GB.

We should check why and by whom this steep increase happens.
