Update to latest upstream release 1.4.9.59

I updated the repository to 1.4.9.59 with gbp.

A few things are unclear to me:

  • The dfsg tarball that Debian uses is not documented in README.source. I tried to make sense of the bits that had been removed from the tarball of the previous version and removed the same things from this version. I don't really understand why we take all these things out of the tarball. Does somebody know?
  • The dvi documentation somehow did not build (and therefore there is no ps documentation.) Is it ok if we only ship the HTML documentation?
  • My upstream and pristine-tar branches contain the other bits that gbp created. Should I create merge requests for these too?
