Made FindAlberta compliant for using OPM packages as DUNE 2.9.0 packages.

Markus Blatt requested to merge dune-2.9 into master

For that we need the imported targets from pkgconfig for DUNE. Otherwise autopkgtest fails for opm-simulators with DUNE 2.9
