Fix for correcting error searching new upstream
The goal is to correct error that shows a warning message: In debian/watch no matching files for watch line https://github.com/ZoomerAnalytics/jsondiff/releases .*/archive/v(?:[-_]?(\d[\-+\.:\~\da-zA-Z]*))(?i)(?:\.(?:tar\.xz|tar\.bz2|tar\.gz|zip|tgz|tbz|txz)) in uscan. Also I changed the line to Tags instead of releases to track easily on GitHub.
His username is also changed to xlwings from ZoomerAnalytics.
