Upstream patch to fix arm64 build, Add CI and updates

  • d/patches:

    • Update-usage-of-operators-Int.patch: Upstream patch to fix arm64 build (Closes: #1096133) (Tested in Raspberry Pi 4)
    • Fix-typo-overriden-overridden.patch: Upstream patch to fix typo

  • d/salsa-ci.yml: Add to replace upstream's configuration The upstream already provides a .gitlab-ci.yml, but we need to use debian/salsa-ci.yml instead It is necessary to configure the CI/CD settings in GitLab to point to debian/salsa-ci.yml instead of the upstream configuration

    PS: The reprotest is failing
