Link with libatomic on archtectures that need it
This does fix the mipsel build, and it might also fix the m68k build (untested).
The armel build goes further, but armel/armhf have the problem of Qt uses OpenGL ES where the upstream patches I have tried so far were not sufficient to fix the build.
