Revert "debian: enable touchscreen support with libts"

--enable-input-tslib is a red herring - SDL2 used to support touchscreens with libts, but that support got removed in favor of evdev; seems like the configure option got forgotten, as it still exists but doesn't actually do anything.

This reverts commit 34fa0a24.
