Display unimportant CVEs in grey (package and CVE views), display ignored CVEs in orange (CVE view)

Hi,

When security team mark aun issue ignored the tracker:

• should not mark the software vulnerable in red. I suggest vulnerable ignored in orange. Best will be when mouse hoover to see the reason of ignored.
• urgency should be set to ignored
