Distro config reunification

Emilio Pozuelo Monfort requested to merge pochu/security-tracker:distro-config into master

We have suite configuration scattered all around the security tracker, as can bee seen in doc/README.releases. This branch is the start of an attempt to reduce all that, reading distro information from the config file rather than hardcoding it. That way when a new version is released or an old one goes EOL we only have to update the config file (not there yet but if there is positive feedback I'll continue to work towards that)
