Add fixed version for CVE-2018-20505/sqlite3

Checking the source debdiff between 3.25.2 and 3.25.3 raises the
CVE-2018-20505 and a test addition in test/rowvalue.test.

We need to find the minimal commit in the upstream repository to adress
the issue.
