Remove name for vulnerability for CVE-2020-1938 to avoid confusions

Emmanuel Bourg asked to remove the vulnerability naming from the
description as there were other vulnerabilities already called
ghostscat.

This removed the temporary description, while we cannot do actually
amuch more if the reporter or other use this.
