Revert "Switch temorarily to wikimedia mirror"

This reverts commit a44977cd.

Switch again to the nearest mirror at csai.mit.edu for the
security-tracker services.

If the mirror continues to be that unstable or unreliable we will find
another solution and permanently switch to a more reliable one.
deb.debian.org does not work fine as redirects will be involved.
