DLA-1634-1/wireshark: CVE-2018-926{5,7} not fixed

DLA-1634-1 claims to have fixed CVE-2018-9267 and CVE-2018-9265 but
patches are commented out in d/patches/series. Comment says they can't
be applied without costly changes...

Remove these CVEs from DLA-1634-1 so that they jessie is marked
affected again.
