Partially revert "Triage result for undetermined."

The status is undetermined as per attached note there is defintively a
confusion on what exactly the issue is. The upstream bug is
https://bugzilla.nasm.us/show_bug.cgi?id=3392425 whilst the upstream
commit is related to https://bugzilla.nasm.us/show_bug.cgi?id=3392525 .
