Lower version including fix for CVE-2018-10113

The references upstream commit is included in the upstream GEGL_0_3_34
and is similar to CVE-2018-10114 referecing the same commits.

Originally it was believed the issues in unfixed with
c83b05d565a1e3392c9606a4ecaa560eb9a4ee29 , cf. as well
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1089731#c2 but this seem to
have turned wrong and the same commit as CVE-2018-10114 fixes as well
CVE-2018-10113.
