Add an example refresh pattern for .debs.

Sergio Durigan Junior requested to merge sergiodj/squid:refresh-pattern-deb into master

We've been carrying this patch on Ubuntu since February, but I think it's a reasonable addition to the Debian package as well. It's a simple patch to add refresh_pattern examples for dealing with .debs and Debian repositories. I don't think it's worth submitting this upstream because it's Debian-specific.
