Add autopkgtests for GSSAPI logins, including gssapi-keyex

This PR adds two login tests via gssapi: gssapi-with-mic and gssapi-keyex.

The copyright note in d/t/util was asked for by the krb5 maintainer a while back, when I submitted similar kerberos tests there[1].

The tests are still running in launchpad, and here as well. I'd like to see them complete before this PR is considered, and will edit it accordingly. I didn't set it to "draft" first because I wasn't sure a draft PR would still trigger the salsa CI.
