Based on the draft MR !16 by @sergiodj and updated to use libnss-sudo from sudo (see sudo-team/sudo!12 (merged)).

The current pipeline failures are unrelated to this MR:

piuparts fails because of the still unfixed --hard-links issue,
lintian and reprotest fail due to the recently introduced libsubid_sss.so.
