Move attribution of notes to the top

segfault reported that to follow a discussion, one first has to scroll down to the end of every note to get this key piece of context (who wrote this?), and then scroll back up to read the note itself.

This will be moot if we have admin rights to import our data into the chosen GitLab instance: in that case, we can impersonate users and fully preserve attribution of actions.
