Mirror infrastructural repositories in Gitlab

Some of our repositories will not be migrated now to GitLab, because we want to discuss the implications of giving GitLab access to all our infrastructure.

Our Git repository (puppet-git.tails.boum.org) keeps a number of mirrors up-to-date:

• https://git.tails.boum.org/puppet-tails/tree/files/gitolite/install_remotes.sh
• https://git.tails.boum.org/puppet-tails/tree/files/gitolite/install_hooks.sh

Repositories that must now be mirrored on our GitLab (in addition to, or instead of, the current immerda remote):

• public puppet-*
• jenkins-jobs
