Pick colors for labels
We should probably do #10 (closed) first, but then, we need to pick colors somehow, and they should be accessible, e.g. sajolida says that white on neon green is not, and white on orange is probably not.
Groups of related labels
Each group usually corresponds to 1 Redmine metadata field.
In most cases, we need to be prepared to have more new labels appearing in a group in the future.
